We have been conducting business for over 20 years, supplying TV parts, DLP and Projector Lamps, Remote Controls, and other television accessories to clients across North America.

Ordering by Part Number
You must order parts by their exact part number. Make sure the part number printed on your item is IDENTICAL to the part number in the listing title. Some TV models may use more than one part number inside that model, so it is important that you replace your part with an identical part. Ordering parts based on matching model number and/or board numbers will result in ordering the wrong part for your TV.
Ordering and Payment

All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the payment information you provide is true and accurate.
Pricing

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods
Our warehouse and distribution center is conveniently located in the GTA area and is central to all our Canadian customers. We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. All domestic packages within Canada are 100% trackable and shipped with Canada Post or UPS.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the items, and the delivery location. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery Times
Transit times may vary depending on provincial and federal holidays, weather conditions, etc. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Numbers
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours.
